We held an interesting and successful ‘Well-Led’ Workshop in February with managers from both New Outlook and Vision Homes who came together for the day tog et to know each other and understand the new group structure for Vision Homes and New Outlook.
This was the first session and it was a great opportunity for the managers across the Group to share best practices and achievements.
It was also an opportunity for the managers to see the challenges that other services face and recognise that, by working together, we can support each other to develop ideas and services.
We shared stories and examples of outstanding support and held a session which provided an overview on the new CQC regulatory approach and how it affects the managers role and responsibilities.
