Vision Homes Staff Awards
We held the Vision Homes Staff Awards on the evening of Thursday 16th April at the Brewery in Ludlow.
It was a fantastic evening of celebration as people supported by Vision Homes joined colleagues and recognised the incredible dedication, compassion and creativity shown by our teams over the past year.

Two Living Our Values Awards were presented this year. Sarah Howells-Ford was recognised for her enthusiasm, compassion, and the positive impact she has made since joining the sector. New to health and social care, Sarah has embraced the role with enthusiasm and a genuine passion to learn and grow.

Our second recipient, Alice Richardson, was chosen for her kindness, positivity, and commitment to enriching the lives of others. Alice was unable to attend on the evening but was very much acknowledged for her contribution.
The Creativity and Ideas Award went to Anne Phillips, whose vision and determination have driven significant and lasting improvements within her service.
