At Vision Homes, listening to the people we support, along with their families and advocates, is central to how we shape and improve our services. Each year we undertake satisfaction surveys across our supported living homes to ensure our care remains person-centred, empowering, and responsive.
The 2024 survey results highlight consistently positive experiences. Across all locations, 100% of respondents reported being satisfied with their care and support. People told us they feel safe, well supported to maintain their health, and encouraged to live fulfilling lives with meaningful relationships, community involvement, hobbies, and independence. These insights continue to guide our commitment to quality, dignity, and continuous improvement.
