Accommodation

Accommodation at Toll Gate Road, Ludlow. Permission was granted by the people we support to take photographs.

Bed Vacancies

We currently have one vacancy in 1a and one vacancy in 1c Toll Gate Road Registered Care Home in Ludlow.

Accommodation

All of our services offer a friendly homely environment where individuals are actively encouraged to be involved in the day-to-day running of their lives. Each of our services are well located for easy access to shops and local amenities.

All properties are ground-level with easy access for people with disabilities. We maintain each home to a high standard and encourage those we support to express a choice regarding the décor and furnishings to their individual bedrooms. Images of the accommodation can be seen in the slideshow at the top of this page.

Support Plan

Support is provided to an agreed care plan which is based on a person-centred assessment of each individuals’ needs. Regular reviews take place to ensure that those we support are receiving the best possible support and opportunities.

Staff

All staff receive comprehensive training on an on-going basis to meet the needs of those we support. Staff receive regular supervisions and are encouraged to create their own individual development plans. Support staff have the opportunity to attain a minimum of Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Activities and Local Amenities

The people we support are encouraged and empowered to take an active part in their community and access mainstream leisure pursuits and interests either through local transport or their own Motability vehicles.

Care Fees

Our care packages aim first and foremost to provide a placement in which the person’s development, needs and wishes are catered for in a homely environment. Care fees are therefore costed according to assessed need and individual requirements.

Vision Homes Association are registered with the Care Quality Commission and our aim is provide the highest quality care and support to those we support.
