Group Chief Executive Officer
Alison joined Vision Homes in December 2021. She previously worked in Banking as a Bank Manager and Financial Advisor, before moving into the Charity Sector where she worked as a CEO for the past 13 years. She has a wealth of experience leading service led organisations, who support people with complex needs. Alison has an MBA in Executive Leadership and Management, Chartered Management Status awarded by the CMI, a L7 in Strategic Management, and a distinction in Coaching skills. In her spare time, she enjoys long dog walks, being by the sea, and visiting her local health club.
Director of Finance & Resources
Joy joined Vision Homes as a qualified accountant. She has approximately 18 years of experience of working in finances within Social Housing and Care and Support. She prides herself on making finance understandable to everyone, no matter their background.
Head of Residential Services
Wendy is a longstanding member of the Vision Homes staff team, she started working with us as a Waking Night Support Worker in 1991. She successfully rose through the ranks and held various roles until she joined the Management Team in 2004. Wendy has a variety of hobbies and interests she likes to do in her spare time. She has rescue guinea pigs, does voluntary befriending, and enjoys walking, reading and writing.
Prior to Vision Homes, Caroline worked in the banking industry as an Administrator and Investment Supervisor. She moved into the Charity Sector in 2004 as an Administrator, before joining Vision Homes in 2008.
Executive Assistant to CEO
Helen joined Vision Homes in September 2022. Prior to this she has had a varied career spanning 17 years which includes roles both within the private and Charity Sector. Helen is a creative individual with many interests. Some of these include rock climbing, weight training, and writing. Helen is currently working on her first novel.
Sharon is the newest member of the team at Head Office, who started in March 2023. She has worked in finance roles for many years across a range of sectors. These include construction, manufacturing and insolvency. In her spare time Sharon likes to socialise with friends and family, including meals out, and going to live music events.
Payroll and Accounts Assistant
Agata is another longstanding member of the team; she has worked for Vision Homes for 13 years. She likes to keep busy and enjoys cycling to work, as well as giving cuddles to her foster dog Cherry.
Zoe joined our Trustee Board in April 2022 and has more recently become the Chair of Vision Homes. She is the Director of Operations /Deputy Chief Executive Officer at the Sir Josiah Mason Trust and has a wealth of experience gained from working in the charity sector and social care.
James is a long standing Trustee who joined Vision Homes in 2011.
Virginia von Malachowski
Virginia joined Vision Homes as a Trustee in December 2022. Virginia has years of experience in the charity sector and is also a Trustee at the Stafford-Upon-Avon and District Samaritans.
