We have had a really busy time since the last post. There was lots of fun events over the Christmas period and there have been so many examples of great support! The imaginative and thoughtful ways that people have been supported have been inspiring to see.
In February, we will be holding a Well Lead Workshop for our management team. This is a new initiative aimed at fostering stronger connections among our management team members across the Group. The workshop’s purpose is to ensure that our management team understands the new structure for Vision Homes and New Outlook and recognises the benefits of working collaboratively. Additionally, we have established a new Growth and Development Committee in support of our Group Business Plan, outlining key priorities for the next three years. this committee will focus on identifying opportunities for growth within our services and exploring new tender opportunities. I am eagerly anticipating the collaboration with the managers from Vision Homes and New Outlook as we continue to reap the benefits of working together as one cohesive group.
