Welcome to the 5th edition of Vision Homes News
Last month we announced the time, date and venue for our Autumn Staff Recognition and Reward Event. I’m pleased to announce we have now arranged catering for the event, and details have been sent to all staff.
The form for Vision Homes staff to nominate their colleagues for an award at the event is live and details were sent out previously. We have received 20 votes so far with a range of lovely feedback and look forward to announcing the winners at the event.
As you may be aware, Vision Homes formed a group structure with New Outlook Housing earlier this year and we have been looking at the ways in which this can benefit both organisations, improve efficiencies and reduce costs. Watch this space for more updates on this evolving piece of work soon.
The People we Support -Activities
In true British summertime fashion, we have had a lot of rain over the past month. In the sunny intervals the people we support have been out and about taking part in a range of activities. These included a birthday trip to see Rag n Bone Man at Ludlow Castle, a spot of gardening at our Toll Gate Road Care Home, and a trip to Bewdley to enjoy some fish and chips. The winners of the King’s Coronation photo competition also received their prizes.
