After over 30 years working for Vision Homes Ewa Stefanowska decided to step down from the role of Chief Executive, and retired from her role at the end of November. We wish Ewa a long and happy retirement and thank her for all her years of leadership.
We would like to take this opportunity to welcome our new Chief Executive, Alison Beachim to the organisation, and wish her every success in her new role. Here’s a few words from Alison…
”I am delighted to be the new Chief Executive of Vision Homes Association, I bring with me, extensive experience of service delivery together with a good understanding of social care, along with a picture of the challenging issues facing the sector currently. Whilst much of the media tends to focus on the challenges facing parts of the sector, I believe the reality also presents an exciting opportunity for all aspects care services.
I have been so impressed with the quality of care given through our services, along with the appetite for growth that so many of the staff and Trustee Board are keen for. I am really looking forward to getting to know all of my team and I intend to meet every person that works for VHA over the coming months, to hear about their experience and background that all contributes to the success the organisation is today.”
